Site analytics
We use two measurement services to see which pages and tools people use: Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, European Union) and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States). They receive page-view information and a small set of named actions, such as running a calculator, opening a result, downloading a plan or following a link to a retailer.
These requests include browser and connection information, including your IP address. Google Analytics runs with analytics consent, advertising consent, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation all set to denied before any Google code loads, so it makes cookie-free measurement requests and sets no advertising identifier. We send Google a page address without its query string, fragment or referring address.
Plausible measures visits without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites, and can report time spent and scrolling. We send it a page address without its query string or fragment. It also receives the referring page address when your browser provides one.
Your schedule times, plan names and free-text labels are never included in what we send.

Amazon.com Services LLC, when your browser loads a product photograph from Amazon's image service or you follow a link to an Amazon listing. Amazon receives the connection information needed to serve the image or the page, including your IP address, and applies its own privacy notice and cookies once you arrive.
If a display advertising network is added to this site in future, this page will name it and describe what it receives before the first advertisement is served.
If you are in the EEA or the UK
Our measurement runs on the legitimate interest of understanding which pages and tools are used, with advertising and personalisation consent denied by default and no cross-site identifier set. We do not sell or share personal information, and we run no profiling or automated decision-making.
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to measurement. Use the contact page. Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, a request usually has to be matched to a specific page visit and time before we can act on it.
Measurement data is retained by Google for 14 months and by Plausible in aggregate form without an expiry. Browser storage created by the planner stays on your device until you clear it.
Saved plans and preferences
The schedule planner saves only when you choose Save on this device. A saved plan stays in this browser storage until you delete it or clear site data. Other people using the same browser profile can see it. Browser restrictions can prevent saving; the tool reports that and still lets you download the plan.
Retailer and manufacturer links
If you follow a link to a retailer, that website handles the visit under its own privacy policy. Amazon links carry our affiliate tracking id so the sale can be attributed to this site; they carry no information about you, your schedule or your plan. Manufacturer reference links are untagged.
Product photographs
When a product photo is available, your browser loads it from Amazon's image service and the photo is itself a link to the Amazon listing. Amazon receives the connection information needed to deliver it, including your IP address. Nothing you enter into a tool on this site is attached to these image requests.
Contact and corrections
Contact delivery is unavailable in the review edition. A future enabled form will explain its message handling before sending. No personal mailbox is published on this site.
